Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling o Participants may reschedule their class up to two times without penalty, provided the request is received at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled class date. Additional reschedules incur a $25 fee, as outlined in the Hive Defense Academy Reschedule Policy. Emergencies and Make-Up Sessions o In the event of a documented emergency (e.g., medical or family emergency), participants may request to complete missed sessions. Hive Defense Academy will arrange a make-up session outside the original class schedule on an individual basis or allow the participant to join the next available class to complete the required hours. Documentation (e.g., medical note) may be required. o Requests for make-up sessions must be submitted in writing to HiveDefenseAcademy@gmail.com, per the Hive Defense Academy Reschedule Policy. No-Show Forfeiture Full course fee forfeited if participant fails to attend without prior notice.
